Position

The house is set in open countryside a five minute drive from the nearest historic hilltop town (Treia) and an approximate forty five minutes leisurely drive from Ancona airport. Airports that can be used also are Bologna (Forli) and Pescara but are not as convenient. It is around half an hour from the coast and one hours drive from the snow-capped Sibillini mountains and skiing, in season.

Treia has every facility one may need: doctor, dentist, hospital, opticians, chemist and an abundance of shops and good-value restaurants and bars. Nightclubs and discos are generally to be found in the coastal resorts.

Several supermarkets, garages, petrol stations are within a few minutes drive of the house.
